Whenever I receive a notification about a player injury, I receive a e-mail with a bunch of code that only a computer programmer (or hacker) would be able to make any sense of. It no big deal just letting you know so you can look into it.

I'll have a look at that. It might be a problem with your mail client. The system send mails with HTML format and an alternate text format for those clients which are not able to read HTML. Would you mind to tell me what mail client do you use?

Would it be also possible to copy the whole text you receive in that mail, and send it to admin@nbafantasyleague.com? It would be much appreciated.
