As you probably noticed, there has been some service disruption during the day.
After investigating the problem, it seems that there have been some issues with the hosting service and the server configuration. The site has not changed at all and even so there were errors with core PHP libraries installed in the server.
I talk to them and they updated the server configuration and the problem is over.
....especially considering that the his coach has officialy stated that he will be running point. I feel like I ask about this every year but how is it that Giannis is consider a Guard/Forward but Lebron isn't, just saying
From what I keep hearing he’s going to miss at least the first week of the season but the system doesn’t have an injury report for him. It almost throw me off like, “ oh is he still going to play at the start of the season?!?”
While I hope you enjoyed the regular season, this is not over yet. You have the last chance to show what you are made of. The Playoffs game mode is available right now!! Build your team soon because the playoffs start this Saturday!!!
The second half of the season 2018/2019 is finished. Congratulations to the top ten (see below). Close fight between Claustro and Letheo to the very end. Congratulations Claustro, you indeed know how to block!!! Good defense!!!
Some other conclusions:
Note that Jean-baptiste Demont will be called the Money Saver from now on. Jean-baptiste, please remember you cannot buy players when your are six feet under ....
Fouad with his team Number 1 has been sixth. If next time his team name is Welcome Spring, then Winter is coming!
Waters with his team In a world without a lie has sunk. I guess this world is not prepared for the whole truth.
The complete season 2018/19 is over. Let us congratulate to the best coaches of the year. Popovich, you should be afraid of losing your position. Nin_fantazeri with Urdari team has shown us how to do it, while everybody in his league was dancing Samba. Winner in points, winner in money, if you need some Lottery ticket, he is the one . Well played!!!
Some other conclusions:
Not this year Jeff!! league players. You are right, it was not this year!!
Hotspurs. Well, Spurs are in the playoffs....so yeah, they are hot.....but it won't last long
Thanks everybody for playing, I hope you enjoyed!!!
It seems the injury status is not cleared after a certain date (or update). Maybe it would be nice to implement an algorythm like: if there is an injury status it should clear when a player receives stats for a game (i.e. the player played in a game, accumulated minutes).
I haven't seen any stats for Karl Anthony Towns since Feb 13th but I don't see and injury report or any stats indicating that he did not play either, whats the deal, do I need to get rid of him or what ?!?
I hope you all have enjoyed the first half of the NBA season. It is being a close fight until the end. Congratulations to Jean-Baptiste Demont (OkoboROY) as the season team winner, and also part of the best league of the season (League Jb's come back ( fails)) !!! We all have a lot to learn from him....He has not only finished first in points, but also in money, with an impressive amount of 60M!!!!
Okobo has done it again!!!
Here the top 10 standings:
Just notice that the 2nd half of the season is ready for joining!!!! Enjoy!!!
I have sent 2 emails yesterday to perform the trade of Faried before the cut off time and yet the website was in an outage. I did not get the points of Faried from today's game which i am entitled for as i was trading Derrick White (injured) for Faried.
Appreciate your support in adding Faried points from today (49 fantasy points). Need your help here as i am unable to do the trade because of the website being unavailable (check email time stamp from yesterday).
No points for my team on 2/2/19. Still showing the 77 points from 2/1/19. Team name is LBJ and Company. Also sent email to admin. Hopefully just a minor bug. Thanks
Thursday’s Kristaps Porzingis trade created two max contract slots. Why on earth would you do that? Some experts say this makes sense if Knicks are sure of the events about to come. What could that be? Might that mean Durant and maybe Irving going to New York? We will see if this play goes well for Knicks...
1 victory, 9 defeats in the last 10, a terrifying 3-18 stretch and second-to-last in West Conference. Those are the numbers of a team that was supposed to fight to get into the playoffs. This has lead to Memphis allegedly listening to offers for its two best players: Mike Conley and Marc Gasol.
And while the Grizzlies might “not [be] committed to moving” Conley or Gasol before the February 7 trade deadline, it’s hard not to feel like this is the end, or close to it.
Gasol is turning 34 next week and his play has cratered since a late-November ankle sprain. It looks dubious that he can be back to what he used to be (2012-13 Defensive Player of the Year Award).
Conley, on the other hand, is 31 years old and he seems like a player that can easily fit in a different place. He is playing quite well, but he’s also incredibly expensive. Conley is making $30.5 million this season, in the third year of what was, at the time it was struck, the richest deal in NBA history. He’s owed $32.5 million for next season, and holds a $34.5 million early-termination option for 2020-21, so any team interested in acquiring him—likely one either trying to make the playoffs or load up for a deeper run in them—has to get straight with adding a cool $67 million to its books over the next two seasons while also offering the Grizzlies something of value.
Tracy McGrady, a seven-time All-Star currently working as an analyst for ESPN, gave his opinion on Tuesday about Kevin Durant leaving Golden State.
According to him, "[That would be] great for the league," McGrady said. "Although I love seeing these guys play on the big stage every year, I think we just need some more parity … Kevin Durant just completely changed everything when he went there and made it not fair for the league."
McGrady said Durant could help another team become relevant again.
"I would love for KD to spread the love around … so a team like the New York Knicks can come back in the fold and be competitive in the Eastern Conference," McGrady said. "Like, how awesome would that be? KD joins another player or two and make New York exciting again."
Is McGrady too optimistic about New York Knicks?? Probably.
